Workshops

Enrollment & Participation: Seats are limited and allotted on a first-come, first-served basis. Participants must provide accurate information during registration.

Workshop Content: The content delivered is for educational purposes only. Areksoft Technologies is not responsible for how participants apply the knowledge.

Refund Policy

- Refund requests must be raised at least 24 hours before the workshop start time.
- Any refund will be processed after deducting convenience/transaction charges.
- No refunds will be provided once the workshop has started or after participation.
- No refund is applicable in case of non-attendance or partial attendance.

Projects & Services

- Clients must provide detailed project requirements in writing (via email or registered post).
- Once requirements are confirmed, any change requests will lead to revision of scope, timeline, and budget.
- If additional work hours are required due to changes, extra costs will apply, which will be informed prior.
- Clients must provide all necessary resources on time. Areksoft Technologies is not responsible for delays caused by lack of inputs/resources.
- If Areksoft Technologies fails to deliver on time (without pending client inputs), we will pay 1% interest of the pending project cost per day from the date of delay.
- In case of pandemics, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances, delivery timelines will be extended reasonably without penalty.

Payments & Quotations

- Clients must clear invoices within 7 working days from the invoice date.
- If a client cancels the project after allocation of resources, full payment of the project cost is mandatory.
- Quotations are valid for 7 working days only and are strictly confidential. They must not be shared with third parties.
- Code, deliverables, and intellectual property will be handed over only after full or phase-wise payments are cleared.

Confidentiality

All information shared by the client will be treated as confidential. Areksoft Technologies will not disclose client information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

Termination

- Clients wishing to terminate a project must provide written notice and clear all pending bills.
- Incomplete or terminated projects will not include source code or deliverables until dues are settled.
- If a project is canceled midway, the client is liable to make the full payment due to allocated resources.

General Provisions

- Areksoft Technologies reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
- All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Telangana, India].
- By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with these terms.
